ProveBreak is operated by Joseph Michael Bennett Sr., a sole proprietor in Pennsylvania, USA (“we”, “us”). The short version: the product has no telemetry, and this website has no cookies, analytics or trackers.

The ProveBreak Action (the product)

• No telemetry. The Action runs inside your own GitHub Actions runners and contains no code that sends data to us — not usage, not results, not your code.
• Its output (proof cards and artifacts) stays in your GitHub account. Optional integrations you configure, such as a Slack webhook, send data only to the destinations you choose. Details are on the security page.
• Because we collect nothing from your runs, the results guarantee is claimed with your own report, which you choose to share with us.

Release downloads

Releases are currently delivered directly by email. When a release is fetched from our download service, that service sees only:

• a hash of your license key (not the key itself),
• the version requested,
• a timestamp, and
• your IP address, used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

It does not see your code, your repositories or your test results.

This website

• No cookies, analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, third-party fonts or third-party scripts.
• The site is served by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, which necessarily processes standard request information (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the site, under its own privacy policy. We don’t turn on visitor analytics.

Email and customers

• If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include, and use it only to reply and to do business with you. Mail to hello@provebreak.com is handled by our email providers.
• If you subscribe, payments are processed by Stripe. We receive billing details such as your name, email and plan, but not your full card number.
• We don’t sell or rent personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@provebreak.com. We keep what we must for tax and accounting records.
